Luxury fashion brand currently looking to appoint a buyer in their middle-east offices.The role -Planning the purchasing of goods and raw materials based on company supply chain requirementsScouting and qualification of best suppliers in terms of quality-cost ratioNegotiating economic and contractual conditions, i.e. time, cost, quantities, delivery termsManaging purchases and inputting orders and details using management softwareMonitoring deliveries and stock levelsProducing reports on purchasing department activitiesEvaluating purchase and introduction of new itemsThe ideal candidate will be coming from a fashion background with experience in buying.
