We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented admin to join our HR team. In this role, you will support recruitment efforts, manage candidate databases, schedule interviews, and facilitate placement processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills (to liaise with overseas counterparts), handle sensitive information with discretion, and be proficient in MS Office. - Working hours: 2pm to 6pm
- Next to Paya Lebar MRT Station
- Salary up to S$2000 per month
- Permanent position
- Opportunity for Hybrid work environment - Work-From-Home (WFH)
- 3 years of experience in any administration role preferred
- Candidates without prior HR experience/knowledge may apply
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
- Independent, meticulous, resourceful
- Able to adhere to Company policies
- Knowledge of Marine recruitment will be advantageous
- Advertising of vacancies
- Preparing interview documents and related matters
- Preparing offer documents
- Preparing employment contracts
- Maintaining the database of interviews and hiring
- Liaise with other departments for recruitment matters
- Monitoring of probation of crewmembers
- Following up on probation matters of crewmembers
- Preparing probation documents
- Liaising with Payroll Department on salary and related enquiries
- Preparing listing for payroll purposes
- Ad-hoc duties as required by General Manager
- Responding to requirements of other departments
- Willing and able to attend seminars or lectures relevant to succeed the role
- Able and willing to attend Company events as required
