We are looking for an experienced Architect expert in Revit, Vray, Lumion, 3D Max & AutoCAD with solid experience. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, make recommendations, and negotiate project details with their team and clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients to discuss project objectives and needs.
Preparing and presenting design proposals as per the local guidelines, including detailed drawings and perspectives.
Creating detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects.
Specifying the architectural materials needed for construction of projects.
Coordinating the design between other departments: structural and MEP.
Reviewing local rules and regulations to ensure the construction project falls within all constraints.
Submitting and obtaining the approval from all authorities involved in the project.
Following up with the authorities' comments and attending meetings with authority engineers.
Reviewing and approving the shop drawings prepared by contractors.
Reviewing and approving the material submittals.
Visiting the site when required.
Resolving issues that arise during construction.
Requirements:
Must have solid experience with all Dubai Authorities and Master Developer.
Experience working with computer-aided design software (Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Vray, Lumion).
Solid experience and understanding of design and analysis.
Good communication skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
Ability to work on assigned scope independently.
