Job SpecificationA candidate must possess the following skills:
Excellent English communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to speak as a native American/UK English speaker.
At least 2-3 years of experience handling North American and UK clientele on the phone.
Experience communicating on email and chat is preferred but not required.
Proven experience in sales and lead generation. (IT/software sales experience is a plus)
