Update your details, view your application and progress Senior Officer/ Officer (Maintenance - Building Services) Apply now Job no: 494504 Work type: Permanent Location: Eastern Categories: Building / Construction, Property Maintenance, Property Management The JobSolve technical problems and deal with urgent/emergency repairs concerning building services installations and maintenance.Prepare design, budgets, estimates, drawings and specifications for maintenance and improvement works; monitor work progress and contractors' performance.Conduct regular surveys on building services installations and prepare reports for management review.Review tender applications and prepare tender documents for approval.The PersonHigher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services or Electrical Engineering, and Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B) is preferableMinimum 3 years' experience in maintenance of building services installations.Less experience will be considered as Officer (Maintenance - Building Services)
