Responsibilities
As a Research Analyst at ENSOGOV, you will be required to:
Review and analyse the latest literature, standards, frameworks, reports, and data related to the ESG/Sustainability space.
Identify trends and prepare recommendations for the industry.
Research market trends, conduct surveys, and analyse data to identify potential issues or improvement interventions.
Use statistical, economic, and data modelling techniques and tools.
Organise and analyse data, create charts and graphs, and presentations.
Provide recommendations to improve future business operations.
Organise, preserve, and manage data for future research projects.
Test processes, policies, and protocols for efficiency and improvements.
RequirementsStrong mathematical, analytical, and data modelling skills.
The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-working skills.
Attention to detail.
Advanced level proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Urdu).
Willing to function in a rapidly growing environment.
Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit.
Learn new skills.
Education
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or ACCA Affiliate.
Experience
1-2 years of experience in advisory, research, credit rating agency, or data management.
Language
Excellent command over written and verbal English.
Working Hours
Full time, on-site.
