While Continuing Medical Education (CME) is an essential part of our mission, CLIRNET's impact extends far beyond, fostering a collaborative environment where doctors from around the world exchange knowledge and best practices.The RoleAct as a friendly and approachable point of contact for patients and their families, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing emotional support.Provide clear and accurate information about hospital policies, procedures, and available services to patients and their families, ensuring they are well-informed throughout their stay.Mediate and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise between patients, families, and healthcare staff.Assist patients and families in navigating the healthcare facility, guiding them to various departments, appointments, and amenities.Gather feedback from patients and their families regarding their experiences to facilitate continuous improvement in patient care.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
