JOB ADVERTISEMENT APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION: CLINICAL NURSE MANGER 1 Or SOCIAL CARE LEADER/PIC DAY SERVICES, ST ANNE'S NORTH TIPPERARY/SOUTH OFFALY PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT (CNM1 37.5 Hours per Week; SCL 39 Hours per week) Salary: CNM1 € 54,437-€ 64,109 SCL €54,157 -€63,245 *Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work. REQ: 26909 Essential: CNM1 NMBI Registration Experience in team management. Recognized management qualification FETAC/QQ1 Level 6 or equivalent- completed or working towards completion of same within 3 months. Full clean Irish manual driving licence. SCL QQI Level 8 is desirable but applicants with level 7 degree who have relevant experience will be considered. The award must be considered eligible for CORU registration. Recognized management qualification FETAC/QQ1 Level 6 or equivalent- completed or working towards completion of same within 3 months. CORU recognised Social Care Qualification - list can be found at the below link: Full clean Irish manual driving licence. Desirable: Intellectual Disability Nurse Registration (RNID). Knowledge of person centred planning and New Directions Standards for Day Services and Easitool. Experience working within the area of intellectual Disability Previous experience of working with people who have behaviours of concern Have experience of Person Centred planning Interested applicants must demonstrate the following: Ability to adopt a holistic and person centre approach to your role.
