Job Description
IT Manager is responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading computer-related UATS activities. He helps determine the IT needs of and is responsible for implementing computer systems to fulfil the UATS's information systems requirements. Responsibilities and Duties:- Running regular checks on network and data security
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation
- Organize training technology facilities
- Responsible for maintenance and backup of information in accordance with the operation manuals of UATS's activities
- Providing direction for IT team members
- Managing and reporting on the allocation of the IT budget
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7years of experience working in IT operations
- Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
- A firm grasp of IT infrastructure and operations best practices
