Event Production Manager

1. 4+ years of relevant experience in the event industry as a production resource.
2. Serve as a primary point of contact for all event-related queries, maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring that expectations are met.
3. Work closely with other departments to ensure that the events run smoothly from beginning to end.
4. Oversee the entire event production process, including venue selection, vendor management, budget, logistics, and on-site execution.
5. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible rates and terms.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry norms and trends, identifying new opportunities for growth and development.
