Talent Acquisition Specialist - Onsite County Meath (Near Drogheda) Lincoln are delighted to be supporting a growing engineering business to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As the Group scales up its teams across Europe, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be tasked with keeping the organisation well staffed with the right talent. The role will require flexibility and will work across teams/functions to develop talent acquisition strategies that will support the growth of the Group. The position is onsite Monday to Friday and offers a competitive salary and 5% pension contribution. Please note: Due to the organisations location, the successful candidate must have a full Irish driving license with access to own transport. Duties and Responsibilities: Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent Analysing the companys hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring Using various channels to source candidates Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing Building relationships with applicants and past employees Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events Support HR function to ensure compliance with employment law and regulations across multiple jurisdictions; Generate HR reports for HR Director and management as required; Provide general support to the HR function as required. Requirements: 3rd level qualification in Human Resources/relevant discipline CIPD qualified or be working towards would be advantageous 4-5 years' previous experience in talent acquisition Ability to maintain a professional attitude with a high degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters Interact professionally with staff at all levels of the organisation, both verbally and in writing Strong communication skills Solution focused Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to multitask with strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail For more information, please contact Lee Doheny at Lincoln Recruitment.
