About the Job: Técnicas Reunidas is a world leading international general contractor engaged in the engineering and construction of industrial facilities in the fields of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Energy Transition, Infrastructures and industries, etc. Tecnicas Reunidas has worked and built all over the world, in 60 countries of the 5 continents. Summary The ideal candidate will be carrying out following responsibilities and work as a Sr Specialist Engineer - Process. This position is open for Bangalore/Chennai location. Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
- 10-15 years of experience in pre- FEED, FEED and Detail.
- Strong knowledge of chemical/process engineering calculations and chemical/process
- computer commercial programs such as Aspen Hysys
- Work as part of a multi-office, multi-disciplinary team.
- Development and supervision of flare calculations, flare load summaries.
- Development and supervision of process studies, simulations, and data gathering and consolation.
- Development and supervision of hydraulic calculations, heat and material balance, utilities summaries and calculations.
- Prepare PFDs, DPDTs and P&IDs / line list.
- Hydraulic Calculations.
- Aspen Hysys and/or Unisim.
- Aspen Flare System.
- PipeSim or Similar Software.
- Control Narrative & C&E matrix process development.
- Equipment design.
- Instrumentation specification.
- Exposure to work in International Assignments & clients
