They build brands to inspire and enable their consumers to experience the confidence and joy of expressing their beauty, their way.Mission and ResponsibilitiesThe person occupying this position will be in charge of strategic client accounts, being accountable for the strategy, budget, team, and sales target. Reports to Sales Director.Key ResponsibilitiesSell-in and sell-out targets, including line channels.Overall negotiation with clients: trade agreements, brand visibility at POS, promotion plan according to company strategy.Lead sales team.Sales forecast for the accounts.Lead company projects in the market.Adapt the national marketing plans together with marketing and trade teams.Minimum RequirementsExperience leading sales teams - minimum 3 years.Experience in Beauty Industry (Desirable).Negotiation and communication skills.Autonomous, passionate, and ambitious.Strong analytical skills.Capacity to build and engage teams quickly and effectively.Passion for Beauty.Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.BenefitsDirect contract with the company that is considered a major international player.
