We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Department Manager to join our Project Management Office team. The Contract Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contractual aspects of large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with government procurement regulations and best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract management, exceptional negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of engineering and construction practices. Responsibilities:Oversee the management of contracts for large-scale projects, including drafting, negotiation, and administration of contracts and subcontracts.Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and industry best practices.Provide expertise in pricing strategies, change management, and project documentation.Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement effective contract management strategies.Manage risk assessment and mitigation related to contractual matters.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, subcontractors, and government entities.Review and analyze contract performance and recommend improvements or changes as needed.Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters.Essential Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, or equivalent from a Ministry-accredited university.Minimum of 12 years of experience in contract management, with a proven track record of overseeing large projects.Expertise in drafting, managing, and negotiating contracts, including subcontracting.Strong technical knowledge of engineering and construction practices, as well as government procurement regulations.Proven skills in pricing, change management, and project documentation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.International experience, preferably in the Middle East/Saudi Arabia region.
