As Senior Solution Architect - Team Lead you are responsible for the design and implementation of technical solutions in the (broadcast) area of our international project business. You take over project responsibility and implement targets on time and on budget. You are a strong communicator and bring a deep understanding of current technical solutions and market developments in the broadcast and IT sector.Support our new team in Riyadh as Solution Architect and help build and realize our projects in Saudi Arabia. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and to grow in your professional and personal development.Your TasksAssumption of project responsibilityProcessing of technically demanding tenders or offersConception and planning of media technical solutions in the area of media, broadcast and ITCoordination with customers, manufacturers and internal teamsTechnical commissioning of AV and IT components as well as problem identification and eliminationExecution of acceptance tests and support of on-air processesActing as technical and operational lead of the teamSteering the team with technical and management skillsResponsible for the entire quality of work that his team performs in a projectYour ProfileCompleted technical studies with several years of professional experienceUnderstanding of modern IT concepts, e.g. in the area of virtualization, cloud computing, SOA, web services, microservices, etc.Confident handling of AutoCAD / Visio as well as MS Office and web applicationsScripting and programming skillsGood knowledge of project and process managementProven experience in technical management of international projectsHigh level of personal and soft skillsAbility to motivate and lead a teamProven success in projects and in best case leading teamsHigh willingness to learn and ability to comprehendFluent in written and spoken English; and you ideally have German and/or Arabic language skillsWillingness to travelWe offerAbout QvestQvest provides holistic support to companies worldwide in their further development in the context of digital transformation.
