CH2M HILL HR Manager - Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Purpose:Oversee all HR functions within Saudi Arabia. Some travel involved to various project locations, including but not limited to Riyadh, Jeddah, Eastern Province, Madinah.Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:This position is responsible for overseeing tasks involved in design and administration of employee programs and services for the HR Generalists group, ensuring that the programs are within compliance of legal/corporate requirements. The incumbent is responsible for the results of multiple groups of non-exempt employees or a group of exempt staff, and manages the financial responsibilities and work commitments of the group(s). He/she leads group to accomplish established objectives; sets project or assignment timelines and priorities based on objectives; monitors budgets and goals; and provides technical advice and assists in completing work as needed.Within the CH2M Hill shared services model, manages a portion of the HR function in a smaller region or a sub-function of shared services at the corporate level.Develops, implements and coordinates policies and programs covering one or more of the following: benefits, compensation, diversity, employee relations, HR generalists, HRIS, organizational development, recruiting and training.Acts as consultant to regional management regarding human resource issues.Proactively interprets and communicates Human Resources policies and procedures to internal and external customers.Work Relationships & Communications:External Communications: Country Manager, HRDP, all employees working in KSAWork Relationships:Reports To: Reports to Country Manager and HRDPBasic Qualifications:Job Requirements/Qualifications/Experience:• BSc degree or equivalent relationships• 5-10 years related work experienceAbout The Company:As a global leader in consulting, design, design-build, operations, and program management, CH2M HILL has the human and technical resources, the international footprint, and the depth of know-how and experience to help clients achieve success in any corner of the world.At CH2M HILL, we always strive to perform above your expectations and our industry's standards.
