Unijobs on behalf of our client the University of Limerick are seeking an Administrators for various divisions in the college. These are temporary contract positions rangong from 3-9 months (with possibility of extension thereafter The hourly rate on offer is €17.58. The working hours are 35 hours per week. The purpose of this position is to provide high quality administrative support across all areas. Knowledge High level of proficiency in Microsoft packages, including word, excel and outlook, and website updating. Working knowledge of Core HR. Knowledge of UL and health and safety policies and practices. Demonstrate commitment to customer service. Functional/Work-based Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Demonstrable high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with evidence of being an effective team member. Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative, and high levels of self-motivation. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proven ability to work to strict deadlines. A flexible approach to work. Independent with a high level of initiative and self-motivation. Experience Minimum of two years relevant work experience in a busy and fast paced environment. Qualifications Leaving Certificate, or equivalent Additional information: Work activities mainly take place on-campus in university buildings, offices and meeting rooms.
