Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Commerce, following the established curriculum and lesson plans.
- Prepare lesson plans by curriculum guidelines.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Provide high quality instruction and support to students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and learning.
- Encourage student participation and facilitate discussions to enhance understanding of Commerce concepts.
- Ensure a safe and orderly classroom environment, enforcing school policies and procedures.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or M.COM, BBA, MBA (ACCOUNTING, BUSINESS AND ECONOMICS).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a commerce teacher in Bahrain.
