The Hotel Night Manager oversees the hotel's operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth functioning and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing front desk services, addressing guest inquiries and issues, ensuring safety and security, supervising night staff, and handling any emergencies. The Night Manager also prepares night audits, coordinates with other departments for seamless transitions, and ensures adherence to hotel policies and standards. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service are essential for this role. Requirements: At least 2-3 years experience in the same position.
