Electrical and Instrument Team Lead / United Arab EmiratesWe have an opportunity with one of our reputed clients in UAE.Position: Electrical & Instrument Team LeadLocation: Dubai, UAEEducational Qualifications:Minimum BE or BS degree in Electrical or Instrument Engineering or equivalentExperience Profile:10+ years minimum offshore experienceRelevant offshore/onshore experience in hydrocarbon processing, utilities plant, and associated legislation.Knowledge of operating and maintaining a wide range of equipment in remote environments.Team management experience to run a multi-discipline team of Engineers.Experience in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)Working knowledge and experience in offshore oil & gas industry codes, specifications, and practices (HSE, API, NFPA, ISA, IEC etc.)Experience with E&I control system upgrades - particularly in a brownfield environment.Working experience at an engineering level with Control & Instrumentation systems including:Field instrumentation and devicesDCS Systems & NetworksPLC controls, safeguard systems, condition monitoring, and control system interfacesCompressor/turbine controlsVibration monitoring systemSystems design &/or integrationAdvanced controlsPlant Information Management SystemCompetencies/Skills/Others:Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work well with people of different technical skills and cultures.Medically and mentally fit to work in a remote offshore environment.Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
