Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo!#BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionTo maximize revenue through rooms sales by setting proactive selling strategies and action plans in order to achieve the budgeted revenue and to maintain a healthy business mix.Is responsible for having all the revenue management processes in place in the hotel. Implements the GM's strategy on a daily basis, updates planning, quotes groups and alerts GM when the market deviates from strategy. Is in charge of helping to reach and beat the operational turnover budget of the hotel.Supports the GM in the creation of the strategy (with proper analysis) and works effectively with the implemented revenue management system. Communicates the processes to follow in terms of booking quality and correct data input into the PMS, toward the reservation and front office team. Regularly checks the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.).Updates the event database (RMS). Analyzes the hotel performance in the RMS as a basis for strategy decisions. Surveys the market and the competitors in terms of pricing and closed dates as a basis for future pricing strategies. Analyzes the contract performance (price, allotments, number of rooms sold, etc.) before decisions on renewals are taken.Acts as a support in the preparation of the annual revenue budget. Provides proposals for the adaptation of the long-term and short-term hotel strategy (day types, ideal mix, RML ranking, price points, triggers, sales conditions, etc.) on the basis of the analysis done previously.Calculates availability and minimum rate for the requests by using group quotation. Provides dynamic forecasts, compared to the strategy of the GM and budget. Consults and implements daily the recommendations in inventory and distribution tools. Implements and communicates on minimum stay, closed to arrival, up-selling.Makes recommendations for strategy changes in RMS, in relation to day types, ideal mix, close limits, and booking limits, to be able to react early to guest behaviour changes (new events, etc.). Optimizes the distribution channels.Analyzes on a monthly basis the results in terms of internal and external indicators (RevPAR and market share), in order to react in time. Checks regularly the implementation of the defined strategies (brand, place & hotel).Maintains a high standard of personal appearance, hygiene, and adheres to the hotel and department appearance standards. Leads the reservations team and optimizes the rooms and services sale. Manages and motivates the team in order to provide a high standard of service for customers. Helps meet the department's quantitative and qualitative targets. Ensures documentation and information related to the reservations are available and up-to-date. Ensures that the pricing policy and internal audit procedures are duly applied. Maintains on-going awareness about the local authorities requirements.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in revenue management specifically within the UAE hospitality market, including a deep understanding of market dynamics, seasonality, and competitive landscape.Proven ability to develop and implement strategic revenue management plans across multiple properties within a cluster, optimizing revenue opportunities and maximizing RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room).Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS), market intelligence tools, and data-driven decision-making to drive revenue growth and profitability.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with senior management, property leadership teams, and ownership groups, providing clear insights and recommendations to support strategic goals.
