Reem Hospital Looking for Nurse Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAECompany - Reem HospitalLocation - Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesRequired Experience - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operation theatre nursing, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role.Job DescriptionNurse Manager in the Operation Theatre at Reem Hospital, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality surgical care. You will oversee the daily operations of the operating rooms, manage nursing staff, and collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic and English) candidate with a strong background in operation theatre management and at least five years of experience.Special Departments:ENT, Head & Neck SurgeryGastroenterology & HepatologyGeneral SurgeryNeurosurgery & Spine SurgeryOphthalmologyOrthopedics & Sports MedicinePlastic SurgeryUrologyResponsibilities:Manage and supervise the operation theatre nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and hospital policies.Coordinate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective operation theatre scheduling and utilization.Oversee the preparation and maintenance of the operation theatres, ensuring a sterile and safe environment.Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and patient safety.Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing coaching and professional development as needed.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.Manage inventory and supplies for the operation theatres, ensuring availability and proper utilization.Collaborate with other departments to improve patient flow and overall hospital operations.Requirements:Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and operating room protocols.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Desired Candidate ProfileQualification: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.License: Valid nursing license to practice in Abu Dhabi (DOH License).Job Period: Full TimeLanguage: Bilingual in English and Arabic.About CompanyReem Hospital is a purpose-built facility located on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, inaugurated with a vision to provide innovative value-based healthcare with an integrated approach measured by outcomes and patient satisfaction.
