We're looking for an Operations Associate to join our newly established Dubai team. In this role your primary focus will be the implementation, adaptation, and continuous improvement of our business systems and processes. You will be responsible for getting our new properties at a ready-to-move-in stage and ensuring smooth operation across the team.Key Responsibilities:Orchestrate operational setup and maintenance coordination of Moving Doors's properties (furniture, supplies, services etc.).Collaborate with the design team to implement design initiatives.Oversee flat photoshoots.Reduce operating expenses by consistently enhancing operational processes and procedures.Liaise, manage and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and external business partners.Manage the city's inventory of furniture, supplies and linen, including managing safety stock and reporting furniture issues to the design and supply chain team.Enhancing the efficiency of guest experience services through collaborative interaction with our cross-functional support teams.Partner with cross-functional support teams to improve our guest experience.Timely data collection and updating of operational metrics to achieve productivity goals and reduce cost per unit.Requirements:2 years of experience preferably in the property management and hospitality sectorResults-oriented go-getter; great at multitasking and managing competing prioritiesExceptional communication and organizational skillsProject management experience while working under tight deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExpert in Google Suite and MS OfficeExperience with inventory management systems (advantage)Team player
