ResponsibilitiesEnsure smooth delivery of services to the clients on a daily basis.
Lead the team of marketing & oversee social media.
Lead the team of operations and ensure smooth running of services.
Lead the team of technical service providers, ensuring their knowledge and performance is up to scratch.
Lead the team of product managers, ensuring the best consultations to the client base.
Oversee accountancy and liaise with the accountant on a need basis.
Provide immediate response to any emergency situation that may arise at any time of the day.
You will be the first and last person responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients and smooth operational activities in-house.
Manage expectations of all staff members and liaise with staff members at any level of hierarchy.
Report to the Management in the UK on a daily basis.

RemunerationThe selected candidate will be paid 18 Lac pa plus an annual bonus.
Working hours: 6 days a week.

Job SpecificationAppropriate bachelor's degree or higher in the field of management.
Minimum 10 years of field experience.
Must have fluency in the English language.
Must have team lead experience.
