Position Objective:

To manage contract implementation and change control for all Vendor and Customer contracts for the program.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Interact with the Legal/Contracts Department to implement Vendor contracts for the project.

Thoroughly understand the scopes and change management procedures defined in Vendor and Customer contracts, collaborate with other key project stakeholders, and ensure a robust overall change control process is described, documented, and implemented.

Responsible for establishing and running the Change Management Board to govern all change requests.

Coordinate with Program/Project Managers regarding the evaluation of scope changes and impact on the budget.

Collaborate with the Project Finance team to manage the financial and budget aspects of change requests.

Collaborate with the Project Delivery team to evaluate change impact and ensure updates and alignment on scope documentation and BOQs.

Ensure rigorous documentation of all change requests with all necessary details supplied by the required stakeholders.

Manage the change control process between the Infrastructure PMO and the Customer-facing organization, ensuring adherence to SLAs for response to change requests by internal stakeholders.

Implement and manage a reporting process to update management and other stakeholders on change management status.

Set up and maintain a database of all pertinent project data related to contract compliance and change management: project progress, delivery items, technical compliance, contract changes, as well as outstanding and delayed items.

Collaborate with the Legal/Contracts team and ensure that all contractual issues are documented and resolved on time.

Coordinate with the involved departments and stakeholders on contractual matters as required to achieve a successful result for the program.

Qualifications & Experience:

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.

A minimum of 10 years relevant experience with Contract management, including leadership roles and development/implementation of contracts for network deployments.

Extensive professional experience in vendor contracts and change management in large complex Telco infrastructure projects.

Sound understanding of the principles of project finance and control.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills at all levels.

Excellent presentation and reporting skills backed by proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

Being fluent in English, and Arabic is considered an asset for this role.
