Dynamic World Wide Logistics Group is moving towards Good to Great Journey.
ResponsibilitiesDrive improvements in Import LCL sales and business development strategies.
Serve as the primary contact for all corporate customers, ensuring strong relationships and excellent service.
Ensure timely communication of information and documentation to corporate customers.
Oversee accurate and timely billing for corporate customers.
Manage and facilitate a smooth freight process flow to enhance operational efficiency.
Analyze the Import LCL department's workflows and identify best practices to boost productivity.
Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all customers.
Lead efforts to achieve Gross Profit and volume budget goals for Import LCL.
Identify and implement cost optimization strategies.
Conduct market analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.
Meet KPI standards in line with company policies and procedures.
Skills & ExperienceAt least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional follow-up skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner.
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
