Job DescriptionThe role is within business sales operations that would support, enable and drive front line sales teams to sell better, faster and more efficiently. The person in this role is to monitor sales lead conversion queues and ensure timely processing of requests.ResponsibilitiesBe a Dynamics 365 (EBU CRM) expert in all areas, including its development.Effectively communicate, assemble, and work with cross-functional teams for special requests.Identify and recommend system and process improvements.Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) in various sales tools, as needed.Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, workflows, and other routine tasks as determined by the Sales Ops Manager.Maintain Dynamics 365 with key artifacts during the sales cycle. Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies, and procedures.Work closely with Presales & Project Management, Product Marketing, Marketing, and other functional areas to support the sales team's success.Manage all data risks, driving integral initiatives and working collaboratively with the Sales Teams to improve data quality within 1SF and ensuring compliance.Perform related tasks consistent with skills and abilities and general responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or equivalent.Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, SQL, etc.) and good understanding of working with databases.Proven experience in Dynamics 365 as an admin with 2 years of experience in sales operations as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions is a plus.Excellent numeric and analytical skills with the ability to understand and adapt to effective sales models and programs.Be the subject expert manager when feeding into cross-functional projects or other IT developments.Other core expectations as defined and requested by your direct supervisor/manager and sales leadership.
