Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
- Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Provide support in employee relations, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops to promote employee development.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to inform management decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR or a related area.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration.
