- Develop and implement safety policies procedures and training programs to maintain a safe workplace environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with KKKP requirements and other local safety and environmental standards.
- Lead investigations into workplace accidents or incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all employees understand and follow safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain uptodate records and doentation related to safety protocols incidents and inspections.
- Advise management on the implications of safety issues and how to improve safety measures.
- Participate in emergency preparedness planning and drills.
- Prepare reports and communicate safety performance to management.
- Minimum diploma or degree in Environmental Science Occupational Safety Health Management or related fields.
- Certified as a KKKP officer or experience in managing KKKP compliance .
- Knowledge of local occupational safety health and environmental regulations.
- Proven experience in conducting safety audits risk essments and incident investigations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal ss to train and engage employees on safety measures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using safety management software and tools is an advantage.
