Responsibilities
- Scheduling interviews
- Arranging meetings
- Travel requests
- Creating purchase requests / service requests
- Printing / binding
- Maintaining filing system
- Internal memos
- External letters
- Maintaining employee data management system
- Maintaining project timesheets
- Maintaining department inventory – stationery / laptops
- Follow-ups
- Provide administrative assistance to Division Management if requested.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years related experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in MS Office application, communication skills, travel management experience.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
