Job Title: Pega Engineering Manager Work Experience: 8 to 14 Years Work Location – Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Kolkata, Pune Qualification – B. Tech / M. Tech / MCA Job Overview : We are looking for a talented and experienced Engineering Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our technology. Key Responsibilities: -

• Lead and mentor a team of Pega developers, QA testers, and/or other engineering resources.
• Provide technical direction and guidance on the design, development, and implementation of complex Pega applications.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in Pega development, including Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the engineering team.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Stay up to date on the latest Pega trends and technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering team's processes and tools.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Pega.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
• Should have experience working on insurance domain project.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Pega Certified System Architect (Pega CSSA) certification a plus.
