With more than 3,900 employees in 100 offices worldwide, Hill provides program management, project management, construction management, and construction claims services and manage all phases of the construction process, from concept through completion.Hill International seeks to recruit for a major METRO/Rail project in KSA a:QA/QC Manager1 - Academic Qualifications:- Bachelor in Sc. in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or other related field.2 - Specific Quality Management Qualifications:- Qualified and experienced Lead Auditor / ISO 9001 Lead Assessor.- Recognized formal qualification in Quality Management System & Audits for ISO 9001:2008 or equivalent.3 - Type of Experience:- Proven experience in developing, deploying, implementing and monitoring Documented Quality Management Systems in projects of similar scale and complexity.- Proven experience in managing several QA teams at once, within his/hers own organization and external parties (Consultants and Contractors).- Leadership experience in Quality Management at senior managerial level.- Relevant previous experience in similar projects in similar function/job.- Proven experience in the management and mentoring of others within a QA environment.- Excellent knowledge and experience of ISO 9001-2008, Quality Management System's requirements in general and in particular for the Construction Industry.- Exposure to TQM (total quality management) in the construction industry.- Extensive experience/knowledge of Design and Construction Inspection & Testing aspects/procedures of building systems & materials.- Excellent understanding of all sub-processes inherent to Design and Construction Management acquired by exposure or past direct experience in the different roles within Design and Construction Management.- Extensive Internal and external auditing experience of Design and Construction Contracts.- Excellent knowledge of the use of programs such as Excel, Access and Power Point, being able to develop project management and control tools.- Experience in developing Quality Management related training materials and providing specific training to the different roles inherent to the undertaken Contract.4 - Number of Years of Experience:- (Details needed here)About The CompanyHill International was founded in 1976 and became one of the largest construction claims consulting firms in the world.It wasn't long before we realized that Hill could be more than a reactive resolver of disputes and could become a proactive solver of problems before they arise.
