Based in Riyadh and covering the MENA region, the role of a Manager / Sn Manager in our client's Strategy and Communications team offers an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our dynamic and growing international advisory firm Responsibilities: • Take charge of day-to-day coordination and effective management of client strategy and communications initiatives within the Strategic Communications advisory firm. • Spearheaded the monitoring and synthesis of targeted industry intelligence, staying abreast of media and analyst coverage to inform strategic decision-making. • Provide leadership in supporting client leads, conducting research, and preparing comprehensive strategy and briefing materials. • Play a pivotal role in the development of high-quality client deliverables, including communications strategies, key messaging, Q&A documents, presentations, and speeches. • Establish and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the firm's full range of offerings, becoming a 'subject matter expert' in critical areas. • Drive market and policy analysis, overseeing research report development to ensure a deep understanding of industry trends and client needs. • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities, contributing strategic insights and recommendations. • Cultivate and expand an internal peer-level network within the global offices of the firm, fostering professional development and supporting business growth initiatives. • Develop and nurture a network of external stakeholders, encompassing media, industry professionals, and members of the investment community. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree, ideally in journalism, mass communication, political science, public policy, or economics. A postgraduate degree is advantageous. • Proven track record with 5-8 years of experience in business media, public relations, or public policy, preferably in a managerial capacity. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. • Familiarity with social media platform management is a distinct advantage. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel. • International experience, whether through study or work, is a strong plus. • Confidence, maturity, and professionalism are essential, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit, a can-do attitude, and a strong commitment to teamwork. • Display a strong work ethic, maintain high standards, and exhibit unwavering commitment to the role.
