Job Opportunity: Management Role in Cycling IndustryOur client, a well-established national Wholesaler and Distributor of premium cycling brands to the South African Cycling Market, is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join their management team and oversee/manage the entire SA operation.Head office is based in Gqeberha. National travelling is required.Requirements:Grade 12Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageousValid Driver's License with own transportMS Office LiterateMinimum 3 years management experience in a managerial role in a similar industryCycling / Mountain Biking enthusiast would be advantageousResponsibilities:Ensure efficient day-to-day running of the businessTraining, daily supervision, and management of staff nationallyDaily feedback on objectives achieved and operationsProvide clear objectives to both office and sales teamCreate and manage monthly sales targetsAssist with Sales and Customer SupportAssist Sales Team with necessary product information and feedback on queriesOversee and plan event participation at Expos, Races, Dealer training, and product activationsIdentify market trends and provide input/suggestions on operational changesCollect and report competitor informationCompile and implement sales and promotional planManage customer complaintsCompile monthly sales reportsKey Attributes:Strong leadership skillsHigh energy levelsResilience
