QA Engineering (Magento, Test automation)On behalf of our client in the Consulting Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Analyste QA / QA Engineer (Magento, Test automation) specialist.QA Engineering (Magento, Test automation) – Job DescriptionBe the voice of QA during projects and lead the digital team in discussions regarding QA testing strategy and planning.Meet with the Scrum Manager regularly to discuss projects testing progress by providing status updates.Actively participate in the testing of digital properties and applications, its subsystems, interfaces (API), and its supporting technical infrastructure.Analyze project documentation to determine test case and script design, participate in test execution and defect resolution.Write, revise and verify quality standardsCoordinate and execute other test types including system, conversion, integration, performance, and user acceptance testingDefine test strategy, test approach, and test environment requirementsDesign and prepare test dataCreates test plans, innovative test cases, release notes, test logs etc. based on requirements and test executionMaintain QA documents up-to-date across SprintsCollaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new featuresSuggest ways and implement them to improve Agile testing practicesOther duties as assignedQA Engineering (Magento, Test automation) – Mandatory SkillsMagento, test automationWorked in a QA capacity for 5+ years and lead a QA practice on projects5+ years practical experience with I.T. principles, testing theory and methodologies5+ years proven track record in participating in executing test plans, including analysis, script design and executionExperience with test automation framework such as UTAFExperience in working with cloud based technologyExperience in UI, API and mobile testingExperience with tools such as Jira/Confluence/qTest/TestRail experienceExperience with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel)Strong organization, planning, coordination and schedulingExcellent analysis and problem-solving skillsShould be a team player who works with a sense of urgency towards timelinesAdaptable and flexible, takes ownership, is transparent and proactiveCustomer service focus and relationship management skillsDemonstrate an aptitude for leadership with strong communication skills (written and verbal)Post-Secondary school education in Computer ScienceQA Engineering (Magento, Test automation) – Assignment Duration3 monthsQA Engineering (Magento, Test automation) – Assignment LocationRemote OR Montreal, Valcourt, Sherbrooke or Brossard
