Job details

Description 1. Prepare Interim Payment Certificate and payment to subcontractors & suppliers. 2. Draft sub-contracts, work orders, purchase orders, letters, etc. 3. Participate in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers. 4. Conduct cost comparisons and prepare BOQ. 5. Other works under the Commercial & Contracts Dept and Procurement Dept. 6. Assist in procuring/renting materials and equipment, including logistics. 7. Undertake ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors. Requirements: 1. At least 5 years of related experience. 2. Willing to relocate to Sebuyau, Sarawak. 3. Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying. 4. Mandarin speaker. Company China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd.
