Core responsibilities / expectations

• Proactively lead the Recruitment RCoE HR function, driving the recruitment process from needs analysis to advert, selection, and pre-boarding.
• Build, grow, and develop the Recruitment RCoE team for maximum performance.
• Ensure compliance in the pre-employment screening process.
• Responsible for HR transformation initiatives including digitalization and automation.
• Continuously improve processes and ways of working using digitization and agile methodology.
• Be a role-model for data-driven ways of working.
• Act as One HR through active collaboration with HR colleagues.
• Actively contribute to the development of the RCoE.

Competences, skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant area.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in leadership roles and working with Recruitment.
• Experience in project management.
• Extensive knowledge of HR processes, especially Recruitment.
• Experience of leading a Centre of Excellence or a Shared Service Centre is highly desirable.
• Experience of working with cloud-based HR systems is highly desirable.
• Experience of HR transformation initiatives including digitalization and automation.
• Knowledge in agile methods and tools like Teams.
