Core responsibilities / expectations- Proactively lead the Recruitment RCoE HR function, driving the recruitment process from needs analysis to advert, selection, and pre-boarding.
- Build, grow, and develop the Recruitment RCoE team for maximum performance.
- Ensure compliance in the pre-employment screening process.
- Responsible for HR transformation initiatives including digitalization and automation.
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working using digitization and agile methodology.
- Be a role-model for data-driven ways of working.
- Act as One HR through active collaboration with HR colleagues.
- Actively contribute to the development of the RCoE.
- Bachelor's degree required in relevant area.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in leadership roles and working with Recruitment.
- Experience in project management.
- Extensive knowledge of HR processes, especially Recruitment.
- Experience of leading a Centre of Excellence or a Shared Service Centre is highly desirable.
- Experience of working with cloud-based HR systems is highly desirable.
- Experience of HR transformation initiatives including digitalization and automation.
- Knowledge in agile methods and tools like Teams.
- Outstanding leadership and change management skills.
- Great communicator, both verbally and written.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with stakeholders.
- Strong continuous improvement mindset combined with innovation.
