MPC Cloud Consulting are looking for IT Engineer to support our clients remotely. Requires good verbal and written communication skills. Expertise in technical issues like Laptop hardware, software, network connectivity, software installation etc., Accountable to answer customer requests and assisting customer either by email/chat/web tickets or over the phone Ability to understand customer issue and route to appropriate team Provide input into and execute user documentation and training material.
