Together with different Teams, we identify and develop revenue opportunities within the Nakisa Customer and Prospect base. Additionally, we are advisors to our internal product team and Customers on best practices and market trends. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Solution Engineer.As a Solution Engineer, you'll play a key role in helping customers see the true value of Nakisa-Finance solutions by creating and presenting customized demos. You'll collaborate with internal teams to guide customers on our products, ensuring their success.Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a strong financial background who is eager to embark on a career path as a Solution Engineer in a software company.As a Solution Engineer, you will be instrumental in demonstrating the true value of Nakisa-Finance solutions by creating and delivering tailored demos to customers. You'll support the sales team by preparing all required documentation for successful deal closures. By learning Nakisa-Finance solutions in depth, you will become the subject matter expert for both internal and external clients.In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, and Product, while guiding customers on our solutions and ensuring their success.As a Solution Engineer, you will become the subject matter expert and provide our customers with best practices on each of Nakisa Finance products.This role offers you global exposure, a strategic perspective, career growth, and much more!What you will be doing:Develop and share lease accounting best practices.Support sales and implementation projects as a subject-matter expert, ensuring alignment with accounting best practices.Support RFP/RFI processes where technical expertise is needed.Prepare and deliver business level presentations.Assist with delivery of proof of concepts for customers and prospects.Support implementation projects and ensure alignment on accounting best practices.Provide feedback and input to the product team in respect to solution enhancements and market requirements.Serve as the subject-matter expert and act as the primary advocate for the Finance product lines, both internally and externally.Support QA in testing the lease accounting journal entries and disclosure reporting and surrounding functionality related to enhanced features.Touch points with R&D, product, marketing, sales, and professional services.Requirements (Must have):ACCA Member with at least 3 years of post-membership experienceKnowledge of IFRS and USGAAP especially IFRS 16 and ASC 842Fluency in English is required.Excellent communication skills.Excellent customer facing skills or enthusiasm and ability to develop the skill.Strong critical thinking.Innovative and think out of the box.Preferred but not required:Experience within IT/ERP development environment.Experience with Product Demonstrations, ideally with an accounting focus.Experience working with Lease Accounting.We are excited to see how you can contribute to Nakisa's continued success and innovation.
