A Prestigious Top Tier Global Management Consulting firm is seeking a manager to join their Financial Services Practice in the Middle East. This role presents an opportunity to leverage deep expertise and advanced technical capabilities to meet the evolving demands across various clients within the sector.Responsibilities:Delivering formal and informal presentations internally and externally, demonstrating deep financial services knowledge.Producing clear, persuasive, and concise written presentations tailored to client needs.Planning and managing the delivery of high-quality work, leading teams in a strategic consulting environment.Directing quantitative analysis, translating findings into actionable insights, and ensuring high-quality results.Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships across various financial institutions.75% travel to client locations across the GCC region.Ideal Candidate Profile/Qualifications:Significant experience in financial services consulting, ideally with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 management consulting firm.Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects within the financial services sector, predominantly banking.Prior experience with projects in the Middle East is highly desirable.Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.MBA or Master's degree from a top-tier institute with a strong academic background.Undergraduate degree from a reputable university.Professional Skills & Other Attributes:Client-centric approach with strong commercial acumen.Demonstrated ability to engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.Ability to analyze the impact of policies and translate insights into actionable business strategies.Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving teams towards successful outcomes.Strong presentation skills and ability to convey complex ideas clearly.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.Intercultural competence and experience working in diverse, multi-cultural environments is advantageous.
