Job title: Siebel CRM Business Analyst Job Location: Bangalore & Thane NP: Immediate to 30 days Years of experience: 3-5 Years Purpose of the Job: To ensure a smoother implementation that meets the business needs .Gathering requirements and business analysis for medium and large projects. Coordinate with Presales Team / BPO / BRMs for requirement analysis, preparing Functional specs, mapping Siebel Functionalities and effort estimate. Full SDLC experience reqd. Understanding of software design and usability. Should have technical skills and Siebel application knowledge to translate user and process requirements into detailed technical specifications for the developer. Experience in Agile methodologies and experience in ITIL process will be an added advantage. Domain Knowledge: Siebel Automotive Duties & Responsibilities: • Experience of using Siebel & Siebel Analytics (OBIEE) application • Strong collaboration skills, ability to work with others at different levels in the organization • Analyze and troubleshoot the system and processes in order to identify issues • Manage relationship with external vendor on their day to day questions and answering/solving the issue so that they could continue their work. • Should be able to explain End users/ Support end users. • Defining features of Siebel applications, including Siebel Sales , Service , Spares and Siebel Call Center. • Administration and automation options, including Siebel Workflow, Assignment Manager, and Task UI. • Explore foundational aspects such as the architecture and data access. • Customizing the application business logic, user interface, and automation options. • Global deployment, integration considerations, and recommended implementation practices. • Experience in the below Siebel Modules • Presales ,sales , Quote and Order Lifecycle Management • Marketing and Loyalty Management • Asset Management • Inventory Management • Cycle Count • Product management • Campaign Management • Accounts and contacts Management • Service, Spares and Field service Management • call center management • Integration ( Inbound/Outbound) Management Essential qualifications: • B E/ B.Tech / MCA / M Sc in Computer Science • Automobile Domain Experience
