Role Overview Assistant Manager, Tool Jet Developer role will focus on developing and maintaining tools using the low-code platform ToolJet. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment. The individual must be able to manage their own time and priorities effectively. The role involves working independently across time zones, proactively identifying needs and solutions based on the goals provided and communicating effectively with the team to ensure alignment. Roles and Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and optimize internal tools using the ToolJet low-code platform • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently without daily oversight • Work autonomously to prioritize tasks and meet project goals without relying on ticket-based task assignments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions • Communicate regularly with the team to ensure alignment and transparency of progress • Suggest and implement improvements for internal systems and processes • Continuously explore opportunities to improve tools and workflows to meet business needs Key Skills and Qualifications • Proficient in SQL and basic JavaScript • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize based on goals • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on business solutions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications/Skills • Experience with Python • Experience with low-code platforms (ToolJet preferred) • Familiarity with business processes and workflows • Ability to propose creative solutions and think critically about business need Emeritus provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
