Job description: Our client is looking for a creative, self-starter with client relationship skills to join as a Senior ERP Sales Manager. This person will help the client grow its ERP/software business through strategic lead generation, research, and cold outreach via phone calls and emails. He or she will also use past experience in sales to work with Management to refine the client's sales strategy, messaging, and sales process. The resource should focus on account management, billing, new projects in existing accounts, proposals, project meetings with clients, and issue resolution between clients and tech resources. The overall objective of this role is to achieve or exceed sales targets in each financial year. Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for development of account plans for selected named accounts
  2. Responsible for achieving quarterly annual sales targets
  3. Responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction, and control of all sales in the allocated accounts, achievement of agreed sales targets, and the development of future sales plans
  4. Responsible for building and maintaining sales pipeline
  5. Responsible for handling escalated customer complaints
  6. Required to communicate with customers to ensure that contractual service agreements and expectations are exceeded
  7. Provide sales, technology, and business-related expertise particularly in the relevant industry
  8. Establish contacts and build positive relationships/networks with senior-level decision-makers of the relevant industry and its environment
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree
  2. A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience selling ERP software solutions
  4. High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment
  5. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
  6. Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills, and pursue high performance achievement
  7. Strong communication skills, over the phone and face to face, and capable of managing professional sales presentations
  8. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles
  9. Proven ability to collaborate with team members
  10. Perfect verbal and written English fluency
