Provide detailed information about flight options, including schedules, prices, and airline policies.
Process flight bookings, changes, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and customer preferences.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to flight bookings promptly.
Stay updated with airline regulations, travel restrictions, and industry trends.
Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive travel solutions.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
Upsell additional travel services and products to enhance customer experience.
