Job details
Responsibilities Draft and develop comprehensive financial plans based on the advisor's recommendations. Prepare financial reports, including cash flow forecasts, risk assessments, and investment summaries. Assist with the preparation of documentation for client meetings, including agenda creation and follow-up. Check and process new business applications/top-ups Process pension transfers and retirement claims Input protection cases on life company portals Process service queries and fund switches end to end Deal with life company queries on new business/service cases Check and issue policy documents/confirmations to clients Assist the Financial Advisors as necessary Assist in generating reports detailing outstanding cases for life companies Review all open tasks weekly and follow up on outstanding issues Complete ad hoc office requests and projects. Note: The responsibilities may be changed as the firms activities expand and develop. Characteristics & Skills required Friendly, outgoing attitude and professional manner. Client focused and efficient, with specific attention to detail. Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks to a deadline. Excellent organisational skills and time management. Ability to work in a team environment. Has the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and take initiative, when required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications - Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook in particular. Experience within the financial planning industry essential.
