Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.12 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting leaders at global companies.Experience in a combination of the following areas: organizational change, talent development, diversity and inclusion, business consulting, data analysis and employee relations.Experience in managing transformations from a people perspective across multiple regions.Experience of building relationships, coaching and influencing senior leaders.Preferred qualifications:Experience working as a management consultant.Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and being part of complex strategy discussions.Demonstrated problem solving ability.About the jobPeople Operations strives to revolutionize human resources the same way that Google has revolutionized search. Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.In this role, you will work with our senior leaders in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region in our Core and our Research businesses, enabling their people strategy to deliver value for the business. In this role, you will solve organisational challenges with people-related solutions. You will be an integral part of the Core and Research leadership teams, a thought leader of people and organisational topics who understands every aspect of the business. You will also partner with a variety of talented People Operations teams to enable the delivery of our people strategy for each business in the region.ResponsibilitiesOffer thought leadership and leadership coaching regarding organisational and people related strategy and execution.Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.Partner with leaders on the define, design, launch and landing of change initiatives.Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, and design and quickly implement solutions that effect multiple disciplines.Experience in the following areas: organisational change, talent management, performance management, leadership coaching, strategy development and employee relations experience in the EMEA region.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
