Get To Know Us First!Interface.ai provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell. Our IVA is transforming financial institutions' call centers from a cost to a revenue center.Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. We are 160+ people strong with employees spread across India and US locations. Many of them come from ML teams at Apple, Microsoft and Salesforce in the US along with enterprise architects with over 20+ years of experience building large-scale systems. Our India team consists of people from ISB, IIMs and many who have been previous part of early-stage startups. We have grown 1800% in the last one year. We are a fully remote team - Do You Make the Cut?As a Director of Product Management(B2B), you will be responsible for:Our platform is a suite of tools that makes the underlying core technology usable for FIs and there are certain parts that will also be used by the customers of the FIs. So you have an opportunity to build products that are both B2B and B2C.Create and deliver on product vision, goal, strategy, and roadmap through first principle.Create & communicate a clear vision for the products with all stakeholdersPartner with UX design, engineering, and users to define, design, build, measure, and iterate new capabilities to fulfill the roadmap and its goalsCollaborate with internal teams, users, and other product managers to define problems, business processes, use cases, and the solution workflows and requirementHelp develop the product roadmap that prioritizes and creatively addresses the highest impact opportunities for our users and businessOwn a product backlog and partner with an Agile engineering team to define, prioritize, estimate, and manage features through to deliveryOwn the delivery of OKRs, define KPIs and their drivers, while meeting SLAsRequirementsExtremely self-motivatedAbility to learn quicklyPassionate about the possibilities at the intersection of AI + BankingWorked in a startupShould have at least 2+ years of working experience in conversational AI domain Comes from an engineering background, computer science (preferably)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and formal presentation skillsAcclimatize and adapt quickly; willing to be part of our ambitious growth plansHave deep empathy for our users and a desire to help them8+ years of enterprise SaaS product management or business analysis experienceHaving experience with integrations, APIs, and SQL is a plusClear track records in shipping many successful enterprise products to a significant customer baseAbility to produce convincing stories and pitches to gain buy-in from business leaders and strategic partnersBenefitsRemote First PolicyComprehensive Insurance PolicyA chance to have a big impact early in your career PRB
