Al Mulla Electronics Company is strategically partnering with a global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics, home appliances, and HVAC systems and seeking an experienced and proactive B2B - Snr. Sales Engineer - Information Display (ID). The ideal candidate will be entrusted with the management of designated strategic accounts, providing comprehensive sales and technical support throughout the entire sales process. This includes initiating client engagement, fostering relationships, discovering and assessing opportunities, aiding in pilot projects, and ultimately, securing successful deal closures.

Key Tasks:

  1. Drive Sales Growth and Operations: Lead the sales growth and operations for Information Display (ID) product solutions, including commercial televisions, digital signage, and video walls within the assigned territory.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with sales partners to enhance market share and customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborative Business Strategies: Formulate and implement collaborative business strategies with major accounts and sales partners to drive the growth of the ID product portfolio, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Sales Forecasting and Inventory Management: Collaborate with sales partners and contractors to forecast sales, projects, project timelines, and inventory. Ensure revenue targets and factory inventory goals are met.
  5. Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on ID leads from existing and potential customers.
  6. Networking and Referrals: Leverage existing contacts to identify ID opportunities and establish new connections through strategic networking and referrals.
  7. Product Knowledge: Master product knowledge to effectively recommend, detail, and market ID solutions.
  8. Training and Empowerment: Educate and empower the personnel of key accounts and partners regarding the product's attributes, advantages, and sales methodologies.

Skills

Educational Qualifications

Education Degree: Bachelor Major: A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field is required. An MBA or related advanced degree can be advantageous.

Experience

Years of Experience: 5 - 10 Years Field of Experience:
  1. Experience in sales and technical roles, with a focus on areas relevant to ID systems and product solutions.
  2. Proven track record in technical sales, ideally within industries related to consumer electronics, digital signage, or similar fields.
  3. Experience in managing and growing key accounts, particularly in sectors such as hospitality, retail, education, and corporate environments.
  4. Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical information and effectively communicate it to a non-technical audience.
  5. Familiarity with project management and the ability to oversee projects from conception to completion.

Skills

  1. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Superb skills in communication, negotiation, and managing interpersonal relationships. Effectively convey technical information to non-technical customers and maintain robust client relationships.
  2. Sales Acumen: In-depth knowledge of solution sales strategies and the ability to close deals with a customer-focused approach.
  3. Understanding of ID Systems: Familiarity with ID systems, their components, and functionality.
  4. Industry Standards and Regulations: Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations related to ID systems.
  5. Problem Identification and Solving Skills: Strategic thinker with a talent for problem-solving and making well-informed decisions. Capacity to identify issues, aggregate data, ascertain facts, and conclude effectively.
  6. Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrated history of effective management and team leadership. Ability to guide and work alongside a team towards common sales goals.
  7. Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations and presentations.
  8. Technical Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms and technical software such as AutoCAD.
  9. Understanding of Business Operations: Comprehensive understanding of business operations, specifically sales, management, finance, budgeting, and principles of risk management.
