Full job description

The German Medical Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service / Call Center Agent to join our patient services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all patients, handling inquiries, and providing accurate information about our dermatologist procedures. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls from patients and potential clients.
  2. Schedule, modify, and confirm patient appointments based on doctor availability.
  3. Provide patients with detailed information on medical services, including consultations, procedures, and follow-up care.
  4. Address patient concerns, questions, and complaints with a friendly and empathetic approach.
  5. Assist patients with medical documentation, including referrals and insurance queries.
  6. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and patient support.
  7. Input and maintain accurate records in the patient management system.
  8. Follow up with patients after visits for feedback and to ensure their needs are met.
  9. Assist in general administrative tasks when necessary.
Requirements:
  1. Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  2. Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or a medical setting is a plus.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  4. Proficiency in using customer management software and other computer applications.
  5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care.
  7. Willingness to learn about medical procedures and terminology to provide accurate assistance.
