We are collaborating with a leading client to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Lisbon. This role offers a blend of on-site and hybrid remote work, providing flexibility and a dynamic working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries through various channels (chat, email, phone) concerning products such as sports, casino, poker, and cashier operations.Evaluate specific concerns and take necessary actions to meet customer needs.Collaborate with teams across different locations to achieve aligned goals.Report system irregularities and customer-facing issues to the appropriate department.Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintain high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts.Proficiency in German.Business standard English language skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a calm manner under pressure.Confidence in handling a wide range of customer inquiries.Ability to perform well in a multi-tasking, multicultural, and dynamic environment.A flexible, creative, and driven personality.General computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet).Interest in sports, casino, and poker products is a benefit; relevant training will be provided.Working schedule involves shift rotation 24/7, averaging 40 hours per week.
